We include a block of dry ice in the packaging to ensure your cheesecake arrives in the most favorable condition. Almost always, the dry ice dissipates by the time your cheesecake arrives so no extra handling is necessary. This will be the case the majority of the time. However, if dry ice is present in your package, DO NOT touch the dry ice with bare hands. Dry ice is VERY cold and can cause burns upon skin contact. Leave the dry ice in the container in a well ventilated area and let it evaporate naturally. Dry ice will not affect the cheesecake in any way.
